Is there someone in your life (spouse/significant other, parent, sibling, friend) whose behavior has you questioning your own reality? Do you live, or have lived, with someone who struggles with addiction? Or someone whom you suspect may have a personality disorder? Do you find yourself walking on eggshells around them? Do you feel like there is something “wrong” with you, but you don’t know what is causing you to feel this way? Do you feel alone or like no one understands what you are experiencing and feeling? Do you struggle with intrusive and obsessive thoughts? Have you experienced the anxiety associated with Emetophobia?
In my personal life, I enjoy crocheting, hanging out with my daughter and my dog, Sheldon (you may see him around the office!), being outside (bonfires!), traveling, cooking, and rewatching my all-time favorite show, Frasier!
